Website: https://gotafriendyoga.com

Effective Date: 10/29/26

1. Who We Are

You’ve Got a Friend Kids Yoga & Mindfulness LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Pennsylvania limited liability company offering kids yoga and mindfulness classes and family yoga and mindfulness classes at early childhood centers and partner studios. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, https://gotafriendyoga.com (the “Website”), how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

By using the Website, contacting us through the Website, or purchasing a class through the Website, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Give Us When Purchasing a Class. When a parent or guardian purchases a single class or a class package through the Website, we collect the parent or guardian’s name, email address, phone number (if provided), billing address (if required at checkout), the class or package purchased, and the purchase date.

2.2 Payment Information. Online payments are processed through Squarespace Payments and its payment processing partners. Your card number and other payment card details are entered directly into the secure checkout and are handled under the payment provider’s own privacy policy and security standards. We do not receive or store your full card number. We may receive limited payment details, such as the last four digits of your card, the card type, the amount paid, and the date of payment, for our records.

2.3 Contact Form and Messages. If you use the contact form on the Website or email us, we collect your name, email address, and any information you choose to include in your message.

2.4 Information Collected Automatically. Our Website is hosted on Squarespace. When you visit, Squarespace automatically collects certain technical information on our behalf, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, general location, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 6.

2.5 We Do Not Collect Children’s Information Through the Website. Purchases and the contact form collect information about the parent or guardian only. We do not ask for a child’s name, age, health information, or other personal information through the Website. Please do not include details about your child in a contact form message; if you need to share health or safety information, we will provide our registration form for that purpose. If we decide in the future to collect any information about children through the Website, we will update this Privacy Policy before we begin doing so.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to (i) process class purchases and payments; (ii) send purchase confirmations, receipts, class schedules, and updates about classes you have purchased, including changes or cancellations; (iii) respond to your questions and contact form messages; (iv) keep business, accounting, and tax records; (v) operate, maintain, and improve the Website; (vi) protect the security of the Website and prevent fraud; and (vii) comply with legal obligations.

From time to time we may email you about upcoming classes. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing will not stop messages about classes you have already purchased.

4. How We Share Information

4.1 We Do Not Sell Your Information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing.

4.2 Service Providers. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, including Squarespace (website hosting, checkout, and site analytics), Squarespace Payments and its payment processing partners, and our email provider. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us or as described in their own privacy policies.

4.3 Class Venues. We may share a parent or guardian’s name and the class purchased with the venue where the class takes place, solely so the venue can confirm attendance, manage its space, and communicate about the class (for example, a closure or schedule change).

4.4 Legal Reasons. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that the law, a court order, or a government request requires it, or that disclosure is needed to protect the safety of a child, participant, or other person, or to protect our rights.

4.5 Business Changes. If our business is sold, merged, or transferred, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

5. Children’s Privacy

5.1 The Website Is for Parents and Guardians. Although our classes are for young children, the Website is intended for use by adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.

5.2 If a Child Submits Information. If we learn that a child under 13 has submitted personal information through the Website, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided information to us through the Website, please contact us using the details in Section 12.

5.3 Registration Forms Are Separate From the Website. Information about a child, such as allergies, medications, and emergency contacts, is collected only on our separate registration and waiver forms, which are completed outside the Website. Those forms are not collected, stored, or processed through the Website. If you have questions about how we handle them, please contact us using the details in Section 12.

5.4 Photos and Videos of Children. We will only post a photo or video of a child from our classes on the Website or our social media in a way that matches the media consent option the parent or guardian selected on the child’s registration form. We do not include a child’s name with any photo or video. A parent or guardian may change their media consent choice at any time by contacting us, and we will remove content from the Website and our own social media accounts within a reasonable time after the request.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

6.1 Cookies Squarespace Uses. Squarespace places two kinds of cookies on the Website: (i) necessary cookies, which allow the Website, contact form, and checkout to work and keep the Website secure; and (ii) analytics cookies, which help us understand how many people visit the Website and which pages they view.

6.2 Analytics and Search Tools. We use Squarespace’s built-in analytics to see general information about Website traffic. We also use Google Search Console, which shows us how the Website appears in Google search results; it uses information from Google’s search engine and does not place cookies on the Website. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not run targeted ads.

6.3 Your Cookie Choices. You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Necessary cookies are required for checkout and the contact form to work properly.

6.4 Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no common standard for how websites should respond to these signals, the Website does not currently respond to them.

7. How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, and we rely on established third-party providers for website hosting and payment processing. No website, internet transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law, including Pennsylvania’s data breach notification law.

8. How Long We Keep Information

We keep purchase and payment records for as long as needed to provide classes, keep accurate business records, and meet tax, accounting, and other legal requirements. We keep contact form messages only as long as needed to respond and follow up. When information is no longer needed, we delete or securely dispose of it.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may contact us at any time to (i) ask what personal information we have about you; (ii) correct or update your information; (iii) ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax, accounting, or safety reasons; or (iv) unsubscribe from class news emails. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

10. Links to Other Websites

The Website may link to other websites, such as class venues or social media. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the Effective Date above. If we make a significant change in how we use personal information, including any decision to collect information about children through the Website, we will provide notice on the Website or by email before the change takes effect.

12. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or want to make a request about your information, please contact us by email or through the contact form on the Website:
